Richard has 35+ years of experience within Securities and Derivatives and started his career in 1990 as a 16-year-old with Natwest Futures at the Royal Exchange in London. He then moved to the US commodities firm ‘Refco’ within the ‘International Petroleum Exchange’ (IPE) trading in Brent Crude Oil and Natural Gas before becoming a Broker/Trader at the ‘London International Financial Futures Exchange’ (LIFFE). There he worked for Companies including ‘Barclays de Zoete Wedd’ (Barclays Capital), ‘Nordbanken’ and ‘Credit Agricole’ before starting his Personal Proprietary Trading Fund focused on Short Sterling Futures. He has since consulted internationally on Renewable Energy Projects and developed Financial Packages for the Mining/Commodities sector within Africa and South America. He is the Founder of StableNote Ltd, a software company focussed on tokenised payments and has spoken as an expert in his field at Business Conferences around the Globe. He received his MBA, majoring in International Business and Corporate Finance, in London.
Simon has 25+ years in the field of accountancy, audit and corporate finance, has audited and advised multinational companies across numerous sectors, gaining experience in financial management, taxation and multi-currency platforms. He managed family-owned businesses and investments for a UHNW Family office for 8 years. As an entrepreneur, he created an accountancy software package for small businesses and has held directorships in new ventures while advising a successful VC company. Simon recently finished a 3-year role as CFO for an FCA-regulated Asset Manager and Hedge Fund in the City of London.
Toby is an internationally experienced technology and commercial leader with a track record of building, scaling and advising high-growth businesses across fintech, digital assets, gaming and digital marketing. Over more than 30 years, Toby has led technology-led ventures and commercial growth programmes across Europe, North America, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Africa. His experience spans product strategy, business development, partnerships, market entry, fundraising and the practical delivery of complex digital platforms. He has worked at the intersection of technology, crypto, payments, fintech and regulated online gaming, combining a strong understanding of commercial opportunity with the operational realities of regulated markets. Toby has founded and grown businesses that progressed to become part of Nasdaq-listed groups, and has worked with founders, investors and senior leadership teams to turn early-stage propositions into scalable international businesses.
